Craig Tomlinson
contact_clip_image001.gifI went to high school and completed my  undergrad studies in Eugene. I received a doctoral degree from graduate school in The East in 1988. My family has been building or selling real estate since 1831, and has been active in the Eugene/Springfield real estate market sinc e 1961.contact_clip_image002.gif I grew up in the development and real estate business in Eugene/Springfield. I’ve been active in Eugene since 1995. My great, great, great grandfather built this building in 1831, and it still functions today.

Margie Corbett
contact_clip_image003.gifMargie went to school on the Oregon Coast. She has a background in the legal and insurance industries before real estate. She’s been involved in property management and real estate for five years. Margie concentrates on relocations and residential real estate. You may reach her at 541-688-2060, extension 119.

Bell is a local, non-franchise, full-service real estate firm. We’ve been in business in the Eugene/Springfield area for over 45 years. We’re best known for property management, and manage over 2,000 units throughout the area.

We also help home-owners and investors buy and sell property. We have nine brokers. Our principal broker is Brian Tuski. Brian and his brother Larry have been brokers in Eugene for 20 years. Brian’s parents were brokers as were two of his brothers. Brian owns the firm. The other brokers in our office are: Monique Sonnefield, Rick Johnson, Mike Sorenson, Brian Kester, Brian Tuski, Amanda Tuski and my partner Margie Corbett.
